Happy New Year, in February (I know, I’m sorry). I hope you had a good month of January that just flew by like nobody’s business.
I don’t really have much else to add to the infographic, but I do have pictures of this snow storm we just had and an overshare.

Just a little overshare: I work reception and one of my responsibilities is answering the phone. Sometimes I’ll have a customer in front of me and so when that happens, all I need to do is tell the customer on the phone to hold if I can’t talk to them. (Sometimes I can, so I’ll be helping two customers at once). Anyway, I was running a credit card for the customer in front of me and I had another customer waiting on the line because I couldn’t talk to them. After printing the customer in front of me’s receipt, where I usually ask them to sign the receipt and their invoice, I said with ALL THE CONFIDENCE IN THE WORLD “Thank you for holding”. I was so embarrassed. I can laugh at it now, but each time I do my soul also dies a little.
If you liked this infographic, check out my other ones on physical fitness, Physical Wellness, Exercising During Covid-19, Beating The Exercise Rut (they’re old posts). Otherwise, have a great week and since it’s wellness Wednesday today, crush at least one wellness goal of yours.
