That said, I wanted to touch on financial wellness. Money can be a point of anxiety. In as much as we try to stay on top of our finances, things don’t always go the way we want. We make mistakes, shit happens, but at the end of the day stay learning. Learn from your mistakes, learn from the people around you, and read up tips online about how to save, create a budget etc.
The goal is to one day get to the point where you’re the one managing your money, and not your money managing you.

Hi, nice to meet you I'm Paula. I created Your Welltivity because I've been wanting to share what I know about wellness for the longest. I got introduced to wellness through physical fitness and nutrition (my two strongest facets of wellness actually because my background is in these two areas). But over the years, I got into health as a whole and wanted to learn more about everything that intersects to make a person healthy.
